Welcome to FishGrab. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and your purchase of our products. By visiting our site or placing an order with FishGrab ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or place an order.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website or purchasing from us, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or are using the site with the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, and that you can enter into a binding agreement. Continued use of the site means you accept these Terms and any updates to them.

2. Our Products

FishGrab sells inflatable fishing costumes. Product images are for illustration; colors and details may look slightly different on your screen. Please follow the safety and usage instructions that come with your costume, and use it at your own discretion and risk, including around water and other people.

3. Orders

When you place an order you are making an offer to buy a product under these Terms. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability, and we may refuse, cancel or limit any order, including for suspected fraud or pricing errors. Please check your design choices, bundle and shipping address before you check out.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. If a product is listed at the wrong price because of an error, we may cancel the order even after confirmation. Payment is due in full at purchase, and by paying you confirm you are authorized to use the payment method.

5. Shipping, Refunds and Returns

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy, and refunds and returns by our Refund & Return Policy, including our 30-day money-back guarantee. Both are part of these Terms. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed, and once an order is with the carrier its handling is outside our control.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including text, logos, product designs and photographs, belongs to FishGrab or its content suppliers and is protected by law. You may not copy or reuse it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree to use this site only for lawful purposes and not to damage, overload or interfere with it or to attempt unauthorized access to it.

8. Third-Party Links

Our site may link to third-party websites we do not own or control, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our website and products are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, express or implied. This does not affect your rights under our Refund & Return Policy or any rights you have under applicable consumer law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FishGrab and its owners and employees are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product involved.

We may update these Terms at any time, and continued use of the site means you accept the changes. These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which FishGrab operates. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
