Thank you for shopping with FishGrab. Here is everything you need to know about how, when and where we ship.

Delivery Time

Please allow 2 to 3 weeks from the day you place your order for your costume to arrive. This is an estimate, not a guarantee. Carrier delays, weather, customs and remote locations can occasionally add time.

Shipping Rates

Orders of $100 or more ship FREE. Orders under $100 ship for a flat rate of $6.99. Your exact shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay. Our Buy 2 and Buy 3 bundles qualify for free shipping.

Order Tracking

When your order ships you will receive an email with tracking. Please allow a day or two for the carrier's system to update.

Shipping Destinations

We ship worldwide. Availability and delivery times can vary by destination.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot reroute a package once it ships, and we are not responsible for orders delayed, lost or returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address.

Lost, Delayed or Damaged Packages

If your package is badly delayed, or arrives damaged or incorrect, email us at FishGrab@outlook.com with your order number and a photo and we will make it right. See our Refund & Return Policy for details.
