30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not happy with your order for any reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery at FishGrab@outlook.com with your order number and we will make it right. If a return is needed, we will email you simple return instructions. Once your return is approved, your refund goes back to your original payment method.

Cancelling Before It Ships

Changed your mind right after ordering? Email us as soon as possible. If your order has not shipped yet, we will cancel it and refund you in full.

Damaged, Defective or Wrong Item

If your costume arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, email us at FishGrab@outlook.com with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement or refund you, whichever you prefer.

Order Accuracy

Please double-check your design choice, bundle and shipping address before you check out. If something is wrong, email us right away and we will do our best to fix it before your order ships.
